We love animals and are happy to accommodate pet-owning tenants in many of our properties. Most of our rentals allow up to two pets, though this varies by property — some may allow more, while others are pet-free at the owner's discretion.
Rather than a deposit, we charge a simple monthly pet fee: $25/month per pet, with some large dogs up to $50/month. Service dogs are always welcome and are never subject to any fees.
All pets must be disclosed at the time of application. Bringing an unauthorized pet into a rental unit is a lease violation and may result in additional fees, required removal of the pet, or termination of tenancy.

This list may not be exhaustive. Mixed breeds displaying physical traits of restricted breeds may also be subject to review. Service dogs are exempt from all breed restrictions.
Tenants with pets are responsible for ensuring their animals do not negatively impact the property, neighbors, or community. By including a pet in your application, you agree to the following:
Keep pets contained and prevent nuisance or disturbances to neighbors.
Clean up pet waste promptly from yards, common areas, and surrounding property.
Prevent pets from causing damage to the interior or exterior of the property.
Ensure pets are licensed and vaccinated in accordance with local ordinances.
Notify VPMG immediately if a pet bites a person or another animal on the property.
Notify VPMG in writing before acquiring any new pet after move-in.
