Pet Policy At VPMG Property Management

At VPMG Property Management, we take pride in creating a welcoming community that accommodates pets of all breeds and sizes. Our pet policy is designed to ensure the safety and comfort of both pets and tenants, while maintaining a peaceful and harmonious community. As a pet-friendly property management company, we understand that pets are part of your family and we welcome various breeds of cats and dogs, as well as other pets such as fish and hermit crabs.

Our pet policy allows typically 2 pets per property, however some properties may allow for more, and some have a no pet policy, so be sure to include all pets on your application. We require a non refundable fee per pet of $250, however some properties may have waived the pet fees. It is against our pet policy to house any pets that are not listed on your lease agreement.
