    In order to ensure timely rental payments, our requirement for a credit score has been set at 650 or above. However, we understand that financial situations may vary, so we offer alternatives for lower scores such as the option for a co-signer.     One of the key elements of our rental application process is ensuring that our tenants have a stable income. To ensure this, we require a minimum income to rent ratio of 2.5x or greater.
