We ask for a credit score of at least 650. This helps make sure rent is paid on time. Our goal is to give everyone a fair shot at a home.
Applicants must show a steady income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. This is a common standard in the industry. It helps make sure tenants can easily afford the rent. It also lowers the risk of missed payments for property owners.
We look for tenants with no eviction history. An eviction record shows past trouble keeping up with rent. This rule protects our property owners and keeps the community stable. No exceptions apply.
Every adult applicant goes through a full criminal background check. This gives property owners peace of mind and keeps homes safe. We look at each case one by one. We weigh the type of offense and how long ago it happened.
We confirm that each applicant has a job and can pay the rent. This careful check means only people with a steady income are accepted into our managed properties.
A complete application has correct personal details, job and income info, rental history, and references. Applicants must also send proof of income, a valid photo ID, and references from past landlords. We will not process incomplete applications.
