VPMG Property Management is a trade name of Vancouver Property Group LLC, a Washington State limited liability company. The company is privately and wholly owned by Avenir Gedarevich, who also serves as Designated Broker.

How VPMG Is Funded

VPMG is funded entirely by the management fees paid by property owners for property management services. Our primary revenue source is the 8% flat management fee charged on collected monthly rent for properties under our management. We do not charge property owners for setting up an account, listing a vacant property, conducting inspections, or renewing a lease — our single flat fee covers management comprehensively.

VPMG does not receive revenue from:

  • Advertising or sponsored content on our website
  • Affiliate marketing programs or referral fees from third-party services
